If you’re in the mood for authentic Sicilian cuisine, look no further. Norma makes you feel as though you’ve been transported straight to Palermo. Every recipe is thoughtfully prepared, and the portions are incredibly generous. The lasagna was especially delicious but not too cheesy or too saucy, and perfectly balanced. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

We had dinner at Norma Hell’s Kitchen and enjoyed a nice Sicilian dining experience. We started with the Caponata and Arancina Nero Seppia, and both appetizers were flavorful and a great way to begin the meal. For our mains, Joey ordered the Anelletti Siciliani, while I had the Pasta con Sarde a Timballo. The dishes were well prepared, though the sardine pasta wasn’t quite what I expected. It wasn’t bad at all—I was just looking for a different style and flavor of sardine pasta. Overall, the food was good, the atmosphere was cozy, and it’s worth a visit if you’re looking to try authentic Sicilian cuisine in Hell’s Kitchen.

Stopped in for dinner and really enjoyed our food. The eggplant in my pasta dish was extremely tender and flavorful. The sauce was fresh and delicious and I also liked the taste and texture of the homemade pasta. The croquettes and pizza were also very tasty.

Great service, lively atmosphere (a bit too noisy to talk towards the end). I enjoyed the swordfish pasta the most, decent pizza and the arancini was tasty but a bit dry. Tiramisu was delicious Not too expensive so defo recommend

The food was spectacular, the Caprese was delicious, the mozzarella was creamy and the tomatoes were sweet. We also got a Lasagna and the Mortadella pizza with pistachio. Everything was delicious. The service was ok, our waiter seemed distracted and ignored us for some time, however the service from the host and others were great. We will come back if we are ever around again.

Classic cozy Italian food. The fresh bread served at the beginning was warm and crunchy, and paired with rich olive oil. We split the first pasta and pizza on the menu, Busiate al pesto Trapanese and Norma pizza. The pasta was really nutty, I love a pesto and they put a fun spin on it with a unique pasta shape. But, the pizza wins out. The dough and texture was perfect with flavorful sauce and toppings! I would highly recommend. The restaurant was super busy on a Sunday evening but we were still able to walk in to get a table for 2. Be careful though if you tell them its your birthday they will play it on the speaker and the whole restaurant will clap…

I used to frequent Norma in Kips Bay on 3rd Avenue, but since this location has become more convenient for me lately, I now find myself visiting the Hell's Kitchen branch quite often. I absolutely love their luxurious *Fritto Misto*, which features a generous topping of fried squid, shrimp, cod, and zucchini served over a bed of salad greens. I’ve already polished it off, so unfortunately, I don't have a photo to share! Today, I enjoyed the Pasta "C'Anchova" and the *Busiate con Pesto di Pistacchi e Gamberi*. Everything here is consistently superb! _____ A few days later, we visited again! We had Pasta alla Norma, Fritto Misto di Mare, Busiate al Pesto Trapanese—and pizza, too! The artichokes were a bit tricky to eat, but fun.

I recently dined at Norma Italian Restaurant in Hell’s Kitchen and had a fabulous experience. The place was completely packed, and since we didn’t have a reservation we had to wait a few minutes, but it was absolutely worth it. The food was outstanding. I had the pasta with lamb ragù and the gnocchi bolognese, both of which were excellent. The octopus carpaccio was also absolutely delicious and a great start to the meal. What really made the evening stand out, in addition to the food, was the service. The team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming despite how busy the restaurant was. It was honestly some of the best Italian food I’ve had outside of Italy. Thank you for a wonderful evening - I will definitely be back.
